By booking an appointment with Incanto Hair & Beauty, you agree to the following terms. These policies help us manage our schedule fairly and ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Monday and Sunday appointments.
Should you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we reserve the right to shorten, reschedule, or cancel your appointment based on our availability.
Any rescheduled appointment will be moved to our next available booking, and your deposit may be forfeited if we are unable to accommodate you.
